Neil Sawyer’s practice focuses on employment-based cases with an emphasis in individuals of extraordinary or exceptional abilities (EB-1 and EB-2). He has represented businesses in successfully petitioning the USCIS for visas and green cards on behalf of incoming employees as well as individuals petitioning on their own behalf. Currently, as Associate Attorney, his practice focuses on EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, L-1, and EB-5.
Neil’s prior experience involves representing hospitals and medical groups in hiring and retaining foreign medical graduates. During this time, Neil specialized in H-1Bs, J-1 waivers for foreign medical graduates and Physician National Interest Waivers. He also worked on a variety of individual cases including VAWA, Hardship Waivers, D-3 Waivers, Consular Processing Issue Cases and Journalists.
After completing his B.A. in Political Science at Clemson University, Neil graduated from New England Law l Boston, where he received the CALI award for top scores in his Immigration class. Neil is currently a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
