With more than 20 years of business and transactional experience in the real estate industry and within the financial services sector, Matt is responsible for the originating, structuring and due diligence of new investment opportunities while leading the executive team through the acquisition and management of each project.

Matt previously acted as President and COO of Walton USA where he was involved with managing over $3 billion in real estate assets and raising capital through the private equity and securities markets. Prior to this, Matt worked in Hong Kong and Beijing for 5 years with a sports marketing and management company organizing events throughout Asia.
