Frontage on E Lincoln Drive, connects to Scottsdale Road, one of the busiest streets in Scottsdale.
Approximately five acres or 233,630 sq. ft. hotel site, currently zoned as SUP-R with a Special Use Permit Resort.
Based on the analysis of the market, there is currently adequate demand for hotel / restaurant in the subject’s area. A newly developed hotel or restaurant on the site is estimated to have a value commensurate with the cost.
The purpose of the raised EB-5 capital is to re-develop the property into a luxury resort with spa facility, resort pool, underground parking, culinary focus with local talent, and approx. 70 to 85 luxury hotel rooms.
